小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎临床效果

Clinical Effect of Appendectomy with Small Incision in Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨小切口阑尾切除术对急性阑尾炎的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取太仓市沙溪人民医院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的98例急性阑尾炎手术患者,按照随机数字表法,将49例采用阑尾传统切除术治疗的患者作为对照组,49例采用阑尾小切口切除术治疗的患者作为观察组。分析比较了观察组和对照组患者在手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间的差异,同时观察两组患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者手术切口长度是(3.0±0.6)cm、术后住院时间是(3.7±1.4)d,术中的出血量是(24.26±2.84)m L,均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而两组在手术时间方面则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后两组患者均未见明显切口感染、出血等并发症。结论小切口阑尾切除术利于患者术后恢复,缩短了患者的住院时间,手术效果确切,是基层医院的理想术式。

Objective To study the clinical effect of appendectomy with small incision in treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods 98 cases of patients with acute appendicitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each, the control group and the appendectomy with small incision group were respectively treated with traditional incision and small incision appendectomy surgery, and the operative incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount and postoperative length of stay were compared between the two groups, at the same time, the occurrence of complications after surgery was observed. Results The operative incision length, postoperative length of stay and intraoperative bleeding amount in the observation group were respectively（3.0±0.6）cm,（3.7±1.4）d and（24.26±2.84）mL, which were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference in the operation time between the two groups was not obvious（P〈0.05）, and there were no complications such as incision infection and hemorrhage in the two groups after surgery. Conclusion The appendectomy with small incision is conducive to the postoperative recovery and shortening the length of stay of patients, and the operation effect is definite,and it is an ideal operation method in the primary hospitals.
