黄芩苷治疗癫痫的神经保护作用研究

Study on Nerve Protection Effect of Baicalin in Treatment of Epilepsy

目的探究黄芩苷对癫痫的治疗效果及其对神经功能的保护作用。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2017年2月收治的92例癫痫患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组患者46例,对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组应用丙戊酸钠联合黄芩苷治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血清S100β和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测和不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为89.1%,与对照组的治疗总有效率80.4%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.150,P=0.251>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清S100β和NSE水平显著低于对照组(tS100β=6.066,P=0.000;tNSE=9.251,P=0.000)。观察组不良反应总发生率为15.2%,与对照组的19.6%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.540,P=0.588)。结论黄芩苷有助于降低血清S100β和NSE水平,减少神经损伤,防止癫痫发生,具有很好的临床效果。

Objective To study the nerve protection effect of baicalin in treatment of epilepsy. Methods 92 cases of epilepsy patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each, the control group were treated with sodium valproate, while the observation group were treated with sodium valproate and baicalin, and the treatment effect, serum S100β before and after treatment, the NSE test and occurrence of side effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 89.1% and 80.4%, and the differences were not obvious（χ^2=1.150,P=0.251〉0.05）, after treatment, the serum S100β and NSE level in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（tS100β=6.066,P=0.000;tNSE=9.251,P=0.000）, and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 15.2% and 19.6%, and the differences were not statistically significant（χ^2=0.540,P=0.588）. Conclusion The baicalin contributes to reducing the serum S100β, and NSE level and reducing the nerve injury and preventing the occurrence of epilepsy, and it is of good clinical effect.
