核查清单在重型颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用

Application of Checklist in the Nursing of Patients with Severe Cerebral Trauma

目的探讨核查清单在重型颅脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果,为提高重症ICU临床护理质量提供参考。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年12月该院重症医学科70例重症颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,依据护理方法不同分为两组。对照组35例,围术期予以常规护理;实验组35例,围术期在常规护理基础上联合清单核查予以患者护理服务。对比观察两组生存率,统计护理期间不良问题发生情况,评价患者护理满意度。结果实验组护理不良问题发生率2.86%,对照组护理不良问题发生率22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.14,P<0.05);实验组生存率77.14%,对照组生存率71.43%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.14%,P>0.05);实验组护理满意度96.30%,对照组护理满意度84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.80,P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑外伤护理中应用核查清单对保证护理质量、提高护理安全、促进护患和谐具有积极作用,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the application effect of checklist in the nursing of patients with severe cerebral trauma and provide reference for the improvement of ICU clinical nursing quality. Methods 70 cases of patients with severe cerebral trauma admitted and treated in ICU in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the experimental group used the checklist on the basis of the control group, and the survival rate of the two groups was compared and observed, and the occurrence of adverse issues during the nursing were counted, and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated. Results The incidence rate of adverse issues in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 2.86% and 22.86%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=9.14,P〈0.05）, and the survival rate in the experimental group and the control group was respectively 77.14% and 71.43%, and the difference was not statistically significant（χ^2=2.14%,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 96.30% and 84.00%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=5.80,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of checklist in nursing of severe cerebral injury ca n ensure the nursing quality,improve the nursing safety and promote the harmonious medical relationship, and it is worth promotion and application.
