中医定向透药疗法联合生物陶瓷热敷在风寒湿痹证患者疼痛中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of TCM Oriented Medicine Penetration Therapy Combined with Bioceramic Compress in the Pains of Patients with Wind-cold-wetness Type of Arthralgia

目的探讨中医定向透药疗法联合生物陶瓷热敷对风寒湿痹证患者疼痛的影响。方法方便2016年1月—2017年6月在风湿内分泌科住院的风寒湿痹证患者共90例,随机分为中医定向透药疗法组、生物陶瓷热敷组和中医定向透药疗法联合生物陶热敷组,每组各30例,分别在常规护理基础上予中医定向透药疗法治疗、予生物陶瓷热敷治疗、中医定向透药疗法联合生物陶瓷热敷治疗,观察疗效和疼痛评分。结果 3组患者干预前疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后中医定向透药疗法组疼痛评分为(3.17±0.69)分,生物陶瓷热敷组疼痛评分为(3.83±0.83)分,联合治疗组疼痛评分为(2.70±1.15)分;联合治疗组总有效率显著高于中医定向透药组、生物陶瓷热敷组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生物陶瓷热敷组与中医定向透药疗法组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法及生物陶瓷热敷对减轻风寒湿痹证患者的疼痛均有效果,但中医定向透药疗法联合生物陶瓷热敷对改善风寒湿痹证患者的疼痛优于单项。

Objective To discuss the effect of TCM oriented medicine penetration combined with Bioceramic compress in the pains of patients with wind-cold-wetness type of arthralgia. Methods 90 cases of patients with wind-cold-wetness type of arthralgia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each, the three groups used the routine nursing, on the above basis, the three groups were respectively TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy, bioceramic compress and TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy combined with bioceramic compress, and the curative effect and pain scores were observed. Results The differences in the pain scores between the three groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the pains scores in the TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy, bioceramic compress and TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy combined with bioceramic compress were respectively（3.17±0.69）points,（3.83±0.83）points and（2.70±1.15）points,and the total effective rate in the combined therapy group was obviously higher than that in the TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy group and bioceramic compress group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the total effective rate between the TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy group and bioceramic compress group,was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy and bioceramic compress in the pains of patients with wind-cold-wetness bype of arthralgia can obtain an effect, but the effect of TCM oriented medicine penetration therapy combined with bioceramic compress is better than that of single therapy.
