参芎葡萄糖注射液联合中药治疗子宫动脉阻力增高复发性流产临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液联合中药治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高型复发性流产的临床疗效。方法 2015年10月—2017年5月间方便选取子宫动脉血流阻力增高的复发性流产患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予中药汤剂联合黄体酮注射液、地屈孕酮片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液,比较2组患者治疗后子宫动脉血流指数变化及临床效果。结果治疗组有效率83.3%显著高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫动脉血流阻力明显降低,且治疗组子宫动脉血流阻力明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合中药治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高型复发性流产疗效可靠。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of shenxiong glucose injection combined with traditional Chinese medicines in treatment of uterine arterial resistance increased recurrent abortion. Methods From October 2015 to May2017 60 cases of patients with uterine arterial resistance increased recurrent abortion admitted and treated in our hospital were conveniently divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with TCM decoction and progesterone injection and dydrogesterone tablets, while the treatment group were treated with shenxiong glucose injection on the basis of the control group, and the changes of uterine arterial blood flow and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(83.3%vs 60.0%)(P〈0.05), after treatment, the uterine arterial blood flow resistance of the two groups obviously decreased, and the uterine arterial blood flow resistance was obviously lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of shenxiong glucose injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of uterine arterial resistance increased recurrent abortion is reliable.
