针灸、电针配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症59例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture and Traction in Treatment of 59 Cases with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨针灸、电针配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年12月该院59例针灸、电针配合牵引治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者为实验组,另择取同期该院59例单纯行牵引治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者为对照组。以JOA下腰痛评分系统评估两组腰椎功能改善情况,对比观察两组疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(83.05%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.72,P<0.05)。结论针灸、电针配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进早期康复,应用安全有效,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture, electroacupuncture and traction in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 59 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the experimental group, while59 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with single traction in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the improvement of lumbar function of the two groups was evaluated by the JOA lumbago marking system, and the curative effect was compared and observed. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（100.00% vs 83.05%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=5.72, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture, electroacupuncture and traction in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is definite, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the early recovery, and the application is safe and effective, and it is worth promotion and application.
