血清肿瘤标志物联合检验在结直肠癌临床诊断中的应用价值探讨

Study on Application Value of Serum Tumor Markers Combined with Test in Clinical Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物联合检验用于诊断结直肠癌的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年12月该院收治的82例结直肠癌患者为实验组,另择取同期该院82名健康志愿者为对照组,抽取受检者静脉血液样本测定糖类抗原CA199、CA50、CA125、CA72-4和癌胚抗原(CEA),对比观察两组指标差异性,统计阳性率。结果实验组CA199阳性率74.39%,CA50阳性率71.95%,CA125阳性率39.02%,CA72-4阳性率53.66%,CEA阳性率64.63%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.46,15.43,9.82,12.67,12.95,P<0.05)。结论血清肿瘤标志物CA199、CA50、CA125、CA72-4、CEA联合检验能够为临床筛查及诊断结直肠癌提供有价值的依据,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical value of serum tumor markers combined with test in clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods 82 cases of patients with colorectal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected, 82 case s of healthy volunteers admitted and treated in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the carbohydrate antigen CA199, CA50, CA125, CA72-4 and CEA of intravenous blood samples of the subjects were extracted, and the differences in the indicators of the two groups were compared and observed, and the positive rate was counted. Results The CA199 positive rate, CA50 positive rate, CA125 positive rate, CA72-4 positive rate and CEA positive rate in the experimental group were respectively 74.39%, 71.95%,39.02%,53.66% and 64.63%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（χ^2=16.46,15.43,9.82,12.67,12.95,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum tumor markers of CA199, CA50, CA125, CA72-4, CEA combined with test can provide valuable basis for the clinical screening and diagnosis of colorectal cancer, which is worth promotion and application.
