创业型管理类人才培养模式探究

创新驱动发展是新常态下中国经济发展的主要形式,青年是创业的主力军,高校肩负着创业型人才培养的重任。管理类大学生有着较强的创业欲望,但与工科类学生相比缺乏显著的专业技能优势,创业困难重重。管理类人才创业更应在"互联网+"背景下整合资源与技术,开发新模式。文章提出构建"一导向、二要素、三主体、五模块"创业型管理类人才培养模式,以契合社会发展的需要,输出具备创新创业能力的管理类人才,做好"创业型人才产业链"输出的供给侧。

Innovation-driven development has been the main form of Chinaese economic development under the newnormal. Youth is the main force of entrepreneurship, colleges and universities shoulder the important task of trainingentrepreneurial talents. The management students have a strong desire to start a business, but they have short boardslacking significant professional skills compared with the engineering students.Face greater difficulties, inevitably facedwith greater difficulties. Management students should integrate resources and technology in the ＂Internet ＋ ＂background, developing a new mode. This paper believes that building the＂one guide, two elements, three subjects, fivemodules＂entrepreneurial management talents training mode, which fits the needs of social development, can help tooutput managerial talents with entrepreneurial ability, do a good job on the supply side of the＂entrepreneurial talentindustry chain＂output.
