文化智力角度下来华留学生跨文化适应实证研究——以河南工业大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 为提高留学生的文化智力,改善来华留学生的跨文化适应状况,从文化智力角度出发进行研究,以河南工业大学85名来华留学生为被试对象,通过调查问卷的方式考察来华留学生的文化智力与跨文化适应状况,利用SPSS16.0对数据进行统计分析。研究发现:性别与出国经历对留学生的文化智力具有显著影响;元认知性文化智力对留学生的心理适应、社会文化适应和学术适应具有显著影响;认知性文化智力对留学生的社会文化适应具有显著影响。 In order to improve the cultural intelligence and intercultural adaptation of overseas students in China,the 85 overseas students in Henan University of Technology are taken as research object,the cultural intelligence and intercultural adaptation of overseas students in China is investigated through questionnaire,and the data is statistically analyzed. It is found that gender and overseas experience have significant influence on the cultural intelligence of overseas students,and meta-cognitive cultural intelligence has significant influence on the psychological,sociocultural,academic adaptation of overseas students in China,and cognitive cultural intelligence has significant influence on sociocultural adaptation of overseas students in China.
