乳腺癌患者配偶心理反应量表的构建及信效度检验

Development of psychological reaction scale for spouses of breast cancer patients

目的构建乳腺癌患者配偶心理反应量表,检验其信效度。方法以心理应激模型作为理论框架,从心理反应的认知、情绪、意志力3个层面拟定半结构式访谈提纲,收集访谈资料形成条目池,经专家评审修改条目制定初始量表。采取便利抽样的方法对175例乳腺癌患者配偶进行调查,对其中20名配偶于2周后进行量表重测。结果量表共22个条目,提取逃避与回避、体像改变反应、情绪应激反应、负性情绪以及应对反应5个维度,累积方差贡献率57.025%。总量表与各维度的相关系数0.774~0.874。总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.912,分半信度为0.865,重测信度为0.853。结论乳腺癌患者配偶心理反应量表具有良好的信度与效度,可用于评估乳腺癌患者配偶心理反应程度。

Objective To develop apsychological reaction measurement scale for spouses of breast cancer patients,and to assess its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the psychological stress model,we designed an outline of cognition,emotion,and psychokinesis for semi-structural interviews which were joined by several spouses of breast cancer patients.Interview data were analyzed to formed an item pool.Then an initial scale was formed and evaluated though Delphi method.Convenience sampling was adopted to collect 175 questionnaires which were filled out by the spouses of breast cancer patients.Following that,20 of the respondents were remeasured after two weeks.Results The Psychological Reaction of Spouses of Breast Cancer Patients Scale contains 22 items which can be subfactored into 5 dimensions of evasion and avoidance,responses to change of body image,emotional stress reaction,negative emotion,and coping responses.The five factors can explain 57.025% of total variance.The correlation indexes of each factors with the whole scale were among 0.774-0.874.The cronbach′s alpha coefficient of the whole scale was0.912,split-half reliability coefficient was 0.865,test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.853.Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate psychological status of spouses of breast cancer patients.
