换药处置架在糖尿病足自体富血小板凝胶治疗中的应用

Application of a home-made footrest to patients during autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP) therapy for diabetic foot ulcers

目的探讨换药处置架在糖尿病足自体富血小板凝胶治疗中的应用效果。方法将接受血小板凝胶治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组在自体富血小板凝胶治疗时采用枕头等软垫使足部抬起或平行放置于床沿处,以充分暴露伤口区域;观察组设计制作换药处置架用于治疗。结果观察组舒适度评分显著高于对照组,换药时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论换药处置架操作简便、安全,适用于自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足部溃疡中的伤口处置。

Objective To explore the effect of a home-made footrest on patients receiving autologous platelet-rich plasma（PRP）therapy for diabetic foot ulcers.Methods A total of 100 patients to receive autologous PRP therapy for diabetic foot ulcers were evenly randomized into a control group,whose affected foot was cushioned with a pillow or placed at the edge of the bed,for fully exposure of the wounds,during autologous PRP therapy,and an observation group,whose affected foot was placed onto a homemade footrest during the therapy.Results The observation group had significantly higher comfort scores than the controls,and their therapists spent shorter time in the therapy,than the controls（P〈0.05 for all）.Conclusion The home-made footrest is convenient and safe for diabetic foot ulcers management during autologous PRP therapy.
