自制匀浆饮食方案在神经外科鼻饲患者中的应用

Application of home-made homogenized meals to nasal feeding patients hospitalized in department of neurosurgery

目的探讨自制匀浆饮食方案在神经外科鼻饲患者中的应用效果。方法选取给予传统饮食方案的神经外科鼻饲患者62例作为常规组,另选取给予自制匀浆饮食方案及规范化鼻饲的61例患者作为研究组,比较两组临床疗效、营养状况、肠道功能和并发症发生情况。结果鼻饲1周后研究组各项营养指标、肠道功能显著优于常规组(均P<0.01);腹泻发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论自制匀浆饮食方案应用于神经外科鼻饲患者可改善患者营养状态,促进肠道功能恢复,且并发症较少。

Objective To explore the effect of home-made homogenized meals in patients hospitalized in department of neurosurgery.Methods A total of 62 nasal feeding patients hospitalized in department of neurosurgery were selected as the routine group,who were given routine meals,and another 61 cases as the study group,who were given homogenized meals and standardized nasal feeding guidance prepared by the nurses.The clinical effect,nutritional status,intestinal function and complications were compared between the 2 groups.Results After 1 week,the study group had better results of nutritional indexes and intestinal function,and lower diarrhea rate,than the controls（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Home-made homogenized meals can improve nutritional status of neurosurgical patients on nasal feeding therapy,boost recovery of intestinal function,and yield less complications.
