补益凉解法对病毒性肝炎小鼠免疫调节影响的实验研究

Experimental study of buyiliangjie on the effects of immune adjustment in mice viral hepatitis

目的:探索补益凉解法对病毒性肝炎小鼠免疫调节的影响。方法:采用高滴度腺病毒尾静脉注射建立小鼠急性肝炎模型,运用免疫组化、淋巴细胞提取分离术、流式细胞术、定量RT-PCR等实验技术,研究补益凉解法对病毒性肝炎小鼠肝损伤、IL-33、ST2、肝脏病理、Th1及病毒载量的影响。结果:补益凉解法使IL-2和IFN-γ水平上调,血清ALT、IL-33、ST2水平下降。结论:补益凉解法对病毒性肝炎肝损伤的有防护作用,其机制可能是通过免疫调节,增强感染小鼠I型免疫应答,从而下调IL-33/ST2的表达、减轻肝脏损伤。

Objective： To explore the Buyiliangjie（ BYLJ） on the effects of immune adjustment in mice viral hepatitis. Methods： Liver damage,IL-33,ST2,liver pathology,Th1 and virus were Observed by the experimental technology of mmunohistochemical,separation of lymphocytes,flow cytometry and RT-PCR. Results： BYLJ raised the levels of IL-2 and IFN-gamma,droped serum ALT,IL33 and ST2 levels. Conclusion： BYLJ has a protecting effect to viral hepatitis liver injury,its mechanism may be through the immune adjustment,strengthen the infection type I immune responses in mice.
