摘要
西北地区气候干燥且昼夜温差大,增大了大体积混凝土裂缝控制的难度。以该地区某热轧机组特大型筏板基础为对象,对大体积混凝土基础施工及养护过程的温度变化及裂缝发展进行研究。计算施工过程混凝土内部的温度场,讨论混凝土温度随龄期发展规律。提出控制大体积基础混凝土的温度,从而控制裂缝的措施,并采取措施监测基础内部温度。
The arid climate and the large day-and-night temperature difference in the northwest area render more difficulties to the control of cracks in the large-volume concrete. Taking as research object the oversized raft foundation of the hot rolled units in this area, the paper studies the temperature change and the fracture development during the foundation construction and maintenance process of large-volume concrete, calculates the temperature field inside the concrete during the construction process, discusses the law of temperature development in the concrete with age changes and proposes the methods for the crack control based on the temperature control of mass foundation concrete so as to adopt the measures to monitor the temperature of the foundations.
