三北抗日根据地减租减息运动考察

Rent and Interest Reduction in Sanbei Anti-Japanese Base Area

抗战期间,各抗日根据地为巩固根据地,调动农民生产与抗日积极性,依据党中央的土地政策,开展了减租减息运动,浙东抗日根据地也不例外。文章以浙东抗日根据地所辖三北抗日根据地为考察对象,依据有关文献资料,分析了三北土地状况、"二五"减租减息实施、减租减息程序及三北减租减息的特点与效果。

During the War of Resistance against Japan, the movement of reduction in rent and interest was carried out to consolidate the base areas, mobilize the farmers and arouse the Anti-Japanese enthusiasm in accordance with the land policy of the Party Central Committee. The East Zhejiang Anti-Japanese base areas also conducted such movement. The paper, with Sanbei Anti-Japanese base area, one of the base areas in East Zhejiang, as research object and based on the related data, analyzes the land situation, the ＂25＂ program implementation, the procedures and the characteristics as well as the results of the rent and interest reduction in that area.
