“一带一路”背景下宁波装备制造业创新能力分析

Innovation Ability of Ningbo Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

通过对宁波与杭州、上海、广州和南京等城市装备制造业的横向比较,阐述了宁波装备制造业总体发展现状;分析了宁波装备制造业在创新能力方面主要存在着产业结构不合理、技术创新活力缺乏、人才结构不完善、技术研发投入不足、科技成果转化率偏低、专利申请及保护不力等六个方面的问题;最后指出"一带一路"倡议极大促进了宁波装备制造业创新能力的提升。

The paper, based on a comparative study of the equipment manufacturing industry（EMI）in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing, discusses the general development status of such industry in Ningbo, analyzes such problems as irrational industrial structure, lack of technological innovation, incomplete human resources structure, inadequate investment in research and development,low transferring rate of scientific research achievements and insufficient patent application and protection in terms of innovation ability and points out that the Belt and Road Initiative has greatly enhanced the innovation ability of EMI in Ningbo.
