益气散结攻毒方对非小细胞肺癌患者外周血内皮干细胞含量及VEGF表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨益气散结攻毒方(斑藤参胶囊)对非小细胞肺癌患者外周血内皮干细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)含量和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法:将69例对化疗和靶向治疗无效的患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组35例,对照组34例。治疗组予以益气散结攻毒方(斑藤参胶囊)治疗,对照组仅予以对症治疗,2个疗程后采用流式细胞仪测定患者外周血EPCs含量,ELISA法测定VEGF蛋白含量,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗前治疗组和对照组外周血EPs C的含量分别为每10-6个单个核细胞含(124.8±23.7)个和(127.6±31.9)个,VEGF蛋白水平分别为(287.6±38.5)ng·L^(-1)和(299.1±39.7)ng·L^(-1),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组外周血EPCs含量分别为每10-6个单个核细胞含(69.7±13.1)个和(132.8±25.1)个,VEGF蛋白水平分别为(169±28.5)ng·L^(-1)和(307±43.8)ng·L^(-1),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组有效率为48.57%,对照组有效率为8.82%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气散结攻毒方(斑藤参胶囊)治疗化疗及靶向药物无效的晚期非小细胞肺癌的作用机制可能与其降低外周血EPCs含量和VEGF蛋白水平有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Sanjie Gongdu decoction( Bantengshen capsule) on the content of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells( EPCs) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in patients with non small cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods: 69 cases were randomly divided after chemotherapy and targeted therapy failure for 2 groups,Chinese medicine group of 35 cases with continuous oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine 2 course of treatment,34 cases in the control group did not use any medication only symptomatic treatment,the determination of the content of EPCs in peripheral blood of patients with flow cytometry,determination of VEGF protein content with ELISA method. Results: The content of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group of EPC in peripheral blood respectively for each of the 106 white cells containing( 124. 8 ± 23. 7) and( 127. 6 ± 31. 9),VEGF protein levels were( 287. 6 ± 38. 5) ng·L(-1) and( 299. 1 ± 39. 7) ng·L(-1),no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment,EPCs in the peripheral blood white cells of the two groups separately for each of the 10-6 containing( 69. 7 ± 13. 1) and( 132. 8 ± 25. 1),VEGF protein levels were( 169 ± 28. 5) ng·L(-1) and( 307 ± 43. 8) ng·L(-1)( P〈 0. 05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 48. 57% and that of the control group was 8. 82%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The mechanism of in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with ineffective chemotherapeutic and targeted drugs may be related to the decrease of EPCs content and VEGF protein level in peripheral blood.
