甘温益气健脾汤对中晚期原发性肝癌患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Ganwen Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the Survival Quality of Patients with Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

目的:观察甘温益气健脾汤对中晚期原发性肝癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年9月期间收治的126例中晚期原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例,对照组应用介入疗法联合常规西药对症治疗;观察组在介入治疗基础上联合甘温益气健脾汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后肝功能相关指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)]、生存质量评分的变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者ALT、AST均显著降低,而心理健康、社会功能、躯体活动、认知功能、角色功能评分均显著升高,且观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.69%,显著低于对照组的26.98%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中晚期原发性肝癌患者采用甘温益气健脾汤联合介入疗法治疗,可显著降低不良反应的发生,减少肝功能损伤,促进患者身体恢复,提高生存质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Ganwen Yiqi Jianpi decoction on the survival quality of patients with advanced primary liver cancer. Methods： 126 selected patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted into the hospital from February 2014 to September 2015 were divided into two groups by draw lots. Control group（ n = 63） took interventional treatment combined with conventional western medicine; observation group（ n = 63） took interventional treatment combined with Ganwen Yiqi Jianpi decoction. The relevant indexes of liver function,such as alanine transaminase（ ALT）,aspartate transaminase（ AST）,changes of survival quality scores and occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： Compared with pre-treatment,the ALT and AST of two groups significantly decreased after treatment,while the scores of mental health,social activity,physical activity,cognitive function and role function significantly increased,and the above-mentioned indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 12. 69%,which was significantly lower than 26. 98% of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Ganwen Yiqi Jianpi decoction combined with interventional treatment for patients with advanced primary liver cancer can significantly decrease the occurrence of adverse reactions,reduce hepatic injury,promote patients＇ recovery,improve prognosis and increase survival quality.
