三仁通便饮治疗阿片类药物所致便秘疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Efficacy of Sanren Tongbian Yin Treatment of Constipation Caused by Opioids

目的:观察三仁通便饮治疗阿片类药物引起便秘的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用三仁通便饮治疗,对照组采用酚酞片治疗,两组患者疗程均为2周。观察两组患者临床疗效和中医证候分布情况。结果:治疗组便秘缓解率为80.0%,明显优于对照组的46.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候分析发现,阴虚肠燥证和脾胃虚弱证最为多见,两组证候缓解率均较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三仁通便饮能缓解阿片类药物造成的便秘及其他症状,且可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanren Tongbian Yin treatment of constipation caused by opioids. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group,and the control group,each of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Sanren Tongbian Yin,and the control group given phenolphthalein tablets. The treatment course of the two groups was 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy,simultaneous symptoms,and TCM syndrome distribution of the two groups was observed. Results： The remission rate of constipation in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 80. 0% vs 46. 4%,P 〈 0. 05）. TCM syndrome analysis of the two groups found that Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome and deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome were the most common,the two groups had higher remission rate of syndromes,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sanren Tongbian Yin can relieve constipation and other symptoms caused by opioid drugs in cancer patients,which can improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
