益气通络丸治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Tongluo Wan in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察益气通络丸治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用西医常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气通络丸治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能损伤程度、运动能力和血管新生情况。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率为93.0%,对照组有效率为74.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的神经功能损伤评分显著降低,运动能力评分大幅度上升,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组VEGF及受体FIK-1水平大幅度升高,对照组VEGF及受体FIK-1水平无明显变化,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血丸治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死临床疗效显著,不仅具有修复神经功能损伤和提高运动能力恢复的作用,还能促进脑梗死患者的血管新生。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Wan in the treatment of cerebral infarction（ CI） with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods： 86 patients with CI were randomly divided into the experimental group（ n = 43） and the control group（ n = 43）. The control group was given conventional therapy of western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo Wan on the basis of control group. Observed the clinical curative effect,the degree of neurological impairment（ NI）,the motor ability and the angiogenesis in the two groups. Results： After treatment,the effective rate was 93. 0% in the treatment group and 74. 4% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the NI score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the motor ability score increased significantly,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of VEGF and receptor FIK-1 increased significantly in the treatment group,but the VEGF and receptor FIK-1 levels in the control group did not change significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Tongluo Wan treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type CI patients has exact effect,not only has the repair of nerve injury and improve locomotivity effect,but also promote the angiogenesis of CI patients.
