多重约束下内蒙古就业增长与结构分析

An Analysis of Employment Growth and Employment Structure in Inner Mongolia

本文以内蒙古自治区就业形势为研究对象,以经济增长趋缓、供给侧结构性改革全面推进、新一轮科技革命兴起、新旧动能转换等深层次矛盾多重叠加为背景,分析近十年内蒙古就业增长变化、就业结构变动、就业呈现出新的特征,并引入就业弹性系数加以验证,最后得出就业政策初步达成稳定就业预期效果,而实现更高质量的就业则是人力资源领域不平衡、不充分的体现,需要从完善职业技能培训体系等诸多方面努力。

Using the employment situation of Inner Mongolia autonomous regions as example,under the background of overlapping contradictions of deeper levels such as huge declining of economic growth,all-round promoting of supply-side structural reform,the arising of new science and technology revolution and the transformation from old to new energy etc.. This paper analyzes and testifies the changes in employment growth,employment structure and the new features appeared in employment with flexible index in recent ten years,and comes to the conclusion that the current employment policy has achieved steady employment expectation. However,to realize higher-level employment,we should pay efforts in perfecting professional skills training system.
