新结构经济学视域下的三明市产业转型升级研究

Research on the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading of Sanming City from the Perspective of New Structural Economics

本文依"三轴图"法,绘制三明市1995年-2016年产业结构三角形重心变化轨迹图,得出其演进1995年-2003年是左旋模式,2004年-2016年是右旋模式,并将产业结构演进升级分为三个阶段。最后,参照新结构经济学、微笑曲线和低成本创新理论,从政府和企业角度,提出促进三明市产业转型升级的对策建议。

According to the industrial structure data of Sanming city from 1995 to 2016,using the principle of ＂three-axis diagram＂,this paper draws the trajectory diagram of the gravity of the industrial structure triangle,and finds that the industrial structure evolution of Sanming city is left-handed mode from 1995 to 2003 and right-handed mode from 2004 to 2016. According to the special evolution pattern of Sanming city,the evolution and upgrading of industrial structure is divided into three stages. Based on the reality of Sanming city,referring to new structural economics,smiling curve and low-cost innovation theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of Sanming industry from the perspective of the government and enterprises.
