摘要
建构主义学习理论强调注重学生在学习中的主体作用,教师作为组织者、协助者,要引导学生参与到整个学习过程中来,激发其自觉学习、自我发展的内驱力。本研究介绍了建构主义学习理论的主要思想,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价四个方面梳理了基于该理论的职业生涯规划课程设计策略,以期为建构主义学习理论融入职业生涯规划课程的教学实践提供理论指导。
The constructivism learning theory holds that the dominant role of students in learning should be focused on. As organizers and facilitators,teachers should guide students to participate in the whole learning process,and stimulate their internal driving forces of self-learning and self-development. This paper introduces the main ideas of constructivism learning theory,and analyses the design strategies of career planning course based on this theory from four aspects such as teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,so as to provide theoretical guidance for integrating the constructivism learning theory into the teaching practice of career planning course.
