中蒙协作式资源开发与政策法规中的新词术语翻译比较

A Comparative Study of New Terms Translation Appeared in Sino-Mongolia Collaborative Resource Development and Policy Regulations

自20世纪90年代初,蒙古国在经济领域采取了激进式改革的发展路径,积极推行了计划经济向市场经济体制的转型。蒙古国全方位对外开放政策与鼓励外资的策略促使中国企业在蒙古国的协作式资源开发模式逐渐形成。随着中蒙经贸合作的拓展,中蒙双边一些编译机构和团队积极推动了中国文化典籍与蒙古国政策法规的编译活动。而现代蒙古语的多元化发展促成了同一术语的不同翻译法,回纥式蒙古文的翻译主要依据标准蒙古语的书面语,而西里尔蒙古文的翻译法受到标准书面语、喀尔喀方言等多种因素的影响。此外,本文对矿产领域内新词术语的翻译技巧问题作了简单的比较与说明。

Since the early 1990 s,Mongolia has adopted radical reform development model in economic field,has been promoting the transformation from planned economy to market economy system. Mongolian ＇s all-round open policy and their encouragement strategy of foreign investment promoted Chinese enterprises to form collaborative resource development model in Mongolia. With the deepening of Sino-Mongolian economic and trade cooperation,some editing and translation organizations and teams on both sides are promoting editing and translation activities on Chinese culture books and Mongolian policies and regulations. And the main standard for the translation of Uyghur type Mongolian is Mongolian written language and the translation of Cylil Mongolian is under the influence of stardard written language and Khalkha dialect etc. In addition,this paper makes a brief comparision and illustration to the translation skills of new terms in the minding field.
