民族地区高校图书馆人力资源管理研究——以呼和浩特民族学院为例

摘要 民族地区高校图书馆人力资源管理是高校图书馆发展的核心因素。只有充分重视人力资源管理和开发、培养人才、吸引人才,民族地区高校才能巩固自己的核心地位。本文从目前高校图书馆的人力资源管理观念陈旧,人力资源管理模式滞后两个方面入手,在分析和研究其人力资源管理上存在的问题基础上,提出实现以人为本的管理理念和更新观念,引进科学管理理念以及树立激励的新型理念等建议,力求开创民族地区图书馆工作的新局面。 Human resources management of University Libraries in minority areas is the core factor for the development of university libraries. Only by paying full attention to human resources management and development,cultivating talents and attracting talents,can universities in ethnic minority areas consolidate their core position. This paper,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of human resource management in University Libraries in ethnic areas from two aspects,such as the old concept of human resources management concept,the lag of human resource management mode,puts forward the idea of realizing the people-oriented management and the concept of renewal,introducing the concept of scientific management and setting up the incentive. The new concept and other suggestions to create a new situation in library work in ethnic minority areas.
