摘要
为消除隧道结冰的影响,研制了一种新型的融冰装置,即发热板融冰,发热板融冰热量损失少,占用空间少,自动智能运行,是一种安全、经济、有效的除冰方式;发热板融冰装置采用新型石墨导电膜为发热材料,此材料具有安全、节能、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗氧化、电热转化效率高、使用寿命高等特点,适用于铁路隧道工作环境恶劣等情况,融冰效果好;该装置还采用了智能温度控制系统,它将会根据户外环境温度变化,智能控制电加热板加热的开启与停止目前,无需人工操作,自动化程度高。
In order to eliminate the effect of tunnel icing,a new kind of ice melting method is developed in this paper. The new graphite conductive film is used as heating material in the heating board melting device. It has the characteristics of safety,energy saving,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,anti-oxidation,high heat conversion efficiency and high service life. The device also uses an intelligent temperature control system,which will control the heating of the electric heating plate to turn on and stop at present according to the temperature change in the outdoor environment.
