摘要
采用酶法从芡实壳中提取多糖。通过单因素试验考察了酶解温度、酶解时间、纤维素酶添加量及溶液pH 4个因素对多糖提取率的影响,并通过正交试验优化了提取工艺条件。结果显示,最优提取工艺条件为:酶解温度55℃,酶解时间3 h,加酶量3.0%,溶液pH4.0,在此条件下得到多糖的提取率最高,可达2.45%。
Enzymatic method was used to extract polysaccharides from Euryale ferox Salisb. Hull. Single factor test was applied to investigate the effect of 4 factors of enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time, cellulose amount, and solution pH on polysaccharide extraction rate. Then, orthogonal test was performed to optimize the extraction process conditions. The results showed that the optimum process parameters were as follows: 55 ℃ of enzymolysis temperature, 3 h of enzymolysis time, mass fraction 3.0% of cellulose amount, and 4.0 of solution pH.Under the conditons, the highest polysaccharide extraction rate was achieved and the value was 2.45%.
