摘要
通过改变均质步骤、进样体积、碘液浓度及流速来优化柱后碘衍生法检测食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的含量。在优化条件下,黄曲霉毒素B1、G1检出限可达0.4 ng/m L,B2、G2可达0.2 ng/m L,回收率87.1%~123.1%之间。结果表明,该方法简便快速,回收率高,重复性好,适用于花生酱、花生、大米等食品中黄曲霉毒素含量检测的需要。
Optimizing a method for the content determination of aflatoxin G2,G1,B2,B1,by changing the steps of Homogeneous, Sample volume, Concentration and flow rate of iodine. Under the optimum conditions, the limits of detection of aflatoxin B1,G1 were 0.4 ng/mL,B2,G2 were 0.2 ng/mL, and the recoveries of aflatoxin G2,G1,B2,B1 were 87.1%-123.1%. The method is simple,high sensitive,good repeatability,and is suitable for the determination of aflatoxins in food.
