绢云母对PU/铝复合涂层耐润滑油性能的影响

摘要 以PU(聚氨酯)作为黏合剂、Al(铝)粉作为功能颜料和绢云母作为改性剂,采用喷涂法制得绢云母改性PU/Al复合涂层;考察了涂层浸入润滑油中腐蚀处理不同时间对其外观、微结构、红外发射率、光泽度及力学性能的影响,并对改性前后涂层的耐润滑油性能进行了对比。研究结果表明:改性涂层经润滑油处理不同时间后,其外观、微结构基本保持不变,没有出现开裂、起泡、剥落和粉化等不良现象;光泽度略有下降,红外发射率平均降低了14.5%,而力学性能保持完好;涂层的硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度分别为3 H、1级和50 kg/cm,可较好满足实际工程应用要求。 Sericite modified polyurethane (PU)/aluminum (Al) composite coating was prepared through spraying method by using PU as adhesives, flaky Al powders as functional pigment. The effects of corrosion treatment on the appearance, microstructure, infrared emissivity, gloss and mechanical properties of the coating immersed in lubricating oil at different times were investigated. And the lubricating-oil resistant properties of modified coating were compared with the unmodified coating. The research results showed that the appearance and microstructure of the modified coating after treated by lubricating-oil with different time basically unchanged, and the phenomena such as cracks, bubbles, flakes and pulverization have not appeared. The glossiness decreased. The average infrared emissivity of the modified coating was decreased by 14.5%. The mechanical properties remained intact. The hardness, adhesion force and impact strength can be maintained at 3 H, 1 grade, and 50 kg/cm respectively, thus meeting the practical engineering requirements.
