摘要
以BA(丙烯酸丁酯)等为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等为硬单体、AA(丙烯酸)为功能性单体和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为硅烷偶联剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备出耐碱性优异的PA-Si(有机硅改性丙烯酸酯)乳液胶粘剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)和粒径分析(DLS)等方法表征了产物的结构及性能。研究结果表明:当w(复配乳化剂)=0.84%、w(AA)=2.0%和w(KH-560)=2%(均相对于PA-Si质量而言)时,上述乳液胶粘剂的综合性能良好,其平均粒径为311.5 nm、稳定性优异,并且乳胶膜的水接触角为106.8°、吸水率降至5.6%,剥离强度为48.9 N/25 mm;同时,该乳液在高温(>80℃)条件下的耐碱时间为80 min。
With BA (butyl acrylate) as soft monomer, MMA (methyl methacrylate) as hard monomer, AA (acrylic acid) as functional monomer, and γ-(2, 3-epoxy propoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane (KH-560) as silane coupler, the silicone modified acrylate emulsion adhesive was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The product structure and properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , transmission electron microscopy (TEM) , thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and particle size analysis (DLS). The research results showed that when mass fractions of compound emulsifier, AA, and KH-560 were 0.84%, 2.0% and 2% respectively, the comprehensive property of emulsion adhesive was good. The average particle size was 311.5 nm, the stability was excellent. Also the water contact angle of latex film was 106.8 degrees, water absorption was reduced to 5.6% and peel strength was 48.9 N/25 mm. Meanwhile the alkali resistance time of the emulsion was 80 min at high temperature (〉80 ℃).
