偶联剂对羰基铁粉基吸波密封剂性能影响研究

摘要 以KH-560硅烷偶联剂分别对片状和球状羰基铁粉进行改性,同时将其作为填料,制备了聚硫体系吸波材料,着重探讨了反射率和力学性能的变化情况。研究结果表明:硅烷偶联剂对片状和球状羰基铁粉改性后,其电磁参数随频率的变化趋势有所不同;硅烷偶联剂改性的片状羰基铁粉吸收强度有所下降,球状羰基铁粉吸收强度有所提升;二者的力学性能和粘接性能都有所提升。 Flake-shaped carbonyl iron (FCI) and spherical carbonyl iron (SCI) were modified by KH-560 silane coupling agent. Then they were used as fillers to prepare the absorbing material of polysulfide system and the changes of its electromagnetic reflection and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the electromagnetic parameters of FCI and SCI modified by silane coupling agent were different with frequency changing trend. The absorption intensity of FCI powder modified by silane coupling agent decreased and that of SCI powder increased. The mechanical properties and adhesion properties of both have been improved after adding the silane coupling agent.
