纺织品亮光印花涂层乳液的制备及性能表征

摘要 采用预乳化半连续种子聚合工艺制备了丙烯酸酯乳液,着重探讨了单体2-EHA(丙烯酸异辛酯)和MMA(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)的添加量对乳胶膜的附着力影响,以及AA(丙烯酸)和交联单体N-MAM(N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺)对乳胶膜耐水性的影响。研究结果表明:采用过硫酸钾为引发剂,2-EHA添加量约为5.98%,MMA添加量约为3.00%,硬单体St(苯乙烯)约占60%,软单体BA(丙烯酸丁酯)约占37.5%,功能单体AM(丙烯酰胺)约占2.5%,采用交联单体N-MAM、AA进行聚合时乳液性能较好。 The acrylate emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsification and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization technology. The influence of the content of monomer 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) on the adhesion of latex film, and the influence of acrylic acid (AA) and crosslinked monomer N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (N-MAM) on the water resistance of the latex film were studied. The results showed that optimum comprehensive properties of emulsion and latex film were obtained when about 5.98%, the addition of MMA was about 3.00%, the hard monomer styrene (St monomer(butyl acrylate) BA was about 37.5%, the functional monomer was about monomer N-MAM was used. e addition of 2-EHA was was about 60%, the soft 5%, and the crosslinked
