摘要
天津某5×58 MW煤粉锅炉房制粉(煤粉)系统,利用锅炉烟气余热及含氧量低的特点,将制粉系统热风炉烟气与部分锅炉烟气混合后的烟气(以下简称混合烟气)作为制粉过程中的烘干、携粉介质,避免了制粉过程中风粉混合物(混合烟气与煤粉的混合物)发生爆炸的危险。介绍制粉系统技术路线。
The pulverizing ( pulverized coal ) system of a 5 × 58 MW pulverized coal-fired boiler room in Tianjin utilizes the characteristics of residual beat and low oxygen content of the boiler flue gas to mix the flue gas from the hot blast stove of the pulverizing system with part of boiler flue gas ( hereinafter referred to as the mixed flue gas) as the drying and powder-carrying medium in the pulverizing process, avoiding the explosion risk of the air powder mixture ( mixture of mixed flue gas and pulverized coal) in the pulverizing process. The technical route of the pulverizing system is introduced.
