摘要
以管内介质不流动的L形管道热补偿为例,将3种管道最高温度计算方法(姜正侯文献计算方法、GB 50028—2006《城镇燃气设计规范》计算方法、刘红波文献计算方法)进行对比。对于刘洪波文献的计算方法,给出了针对佛山地区的太阳辐射强度峰值和室外温度峰值的取值方法。经过计算,按照刘红波文献计算方法,短臂长可比姜正侯文献计算方法减少28.6%,比GB50028—2006减少23.6%。管道水平或竖直敷设对管道在太阳直晒环境中的最高温度无明显影响,建议在佛山地区管道最高计算温度取65℃。
Taking the thermal compensation of L-shaped pipeline without flowing medium in pipe as an example, three calculation methods of maximum temperature of pipelines (the calculation method of JIANG Zhenghou literature, the calculation method of the Code for Design of City Gas Engineering ( GB 50028 -2006 ) and the calculation method of LIU Hongbo literature) are compared. The methods of determining the solar radiation intensity peak and the outdoor temperature peak for the Foshan area are given for the calculation method of LIU Hongbo literature. After calculation, according to the calculation method of LIU Hongbo literature, the short arm length is 28.6% less than that of the calculation method of JIANG Zhenghou literature, and 23.6% less than that of the calculation method of the GB 50028 - 2006. The horizontal or vertical laying of pipelines has no obvious effect on the maximum temperature of pipelines in the direct sun environment. It is recommended that the maximum calculation temperature of pipelines in Foshan area should be 65℃.
