摘要
新兴产业核心技术早期识别可使创新企业更好地实施专利布局战略,抓住市场机会,从而对价值链攀升产生积极影响。基于此,提出了一种基于知识流动的新兴产业核心技术弱信号识别的方法,并应用该方法识别了新能源产业的太阳能发电核心技术弱信号。之后,利用国家知识产权局公布的国际专利分类与国民经济行业分类参照关系表,构建了太阳能发电核心技术对应的产业关联关系,分析多产业选择与融合,更好地推进新兴产业发展。实证研究结果验证了该方法可行、有效。
Emerging industry core technology early identification enables the innovating enterprises to exert the patent strategy,seize market opportunities,and thus have a positive impact on the value chain. Based on this,the paper introduces a methodological approach for the weak signal recognition of the emerging industry based on the knowledge flow. And then,the method is used to identify weak signal of the core technology of solar energy in the new energy industry. After that,the paper uses SIPO published the international patent classification and the classification of national economic industry reference table to build a solar power technology corresponding to the industrial relationship. And it also analyzes multi-industry selection and integration to promote the development of emerging industries. The empirical results show that the method is feasible and effective.
