摘要
[目的]采用单篇专利h指数与专利迹评价单篇专利,寻求一种评价专利客体技术绩效或质量的定量方法。[方法]采用德温特专利数据库(Derwent Innovations Index,DII)作为数据源,选取补骨脂素(psoralen)、青蒿素(artemisinin/artemisinine)、甜叶菊甙元(steviol)、伪麻黄碱(pseudoephedrine)、人参皂苷(ginsenoside)和黄连素(berberine)这6种中药有效成分的h-core区专利为样本集,探讨各样本集中单篇专利的专利迹T_1、T_2与h指数间的相关关系。[结果]专利迹T_1、T_2与单篇h指数强相关,均可作为有效测度单篇专利技术绩效的指标。该方法既为研究中药有效成分专利提供参考,也为筛选高影响力专利提供客观依据。[局限]由于中药有效成分的专利量规模较小,故只能进行小样本集研究。
[Purpose/significance] The patent trace and the h-index of a single patent are probed as evaluation indices in order to find out a quantitative method to evaluate technical performance or quality of patent. [Method/process]This paper selects h-core patents of the active ingredients of Psoralen,Artemisinine/Artemisinin,Steviol,Pseudoephedrine,Ginsenoside and Berberine as sample sets from Derwent Innovations Index( DII),and investigates the relationship among the patent traces T1,T2 and the h-index of a single patent. [Result/conclusion] The results show that patent traces T1,T2 and h-index of a single patent is strongly correlated. They all can be used as the indicators for effectively evaluating technical performance of patent. This method can not only provide references for the study on the patents of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,but also provide an objective basis for screening high impact patents. [Limitations]Because the patent quantity of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine is small,the research can only be conducted in small sample sets.
