摘要
目的:研究龙船花的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MPLC等色谱方法对龙船花化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱分析方法结合文献报道对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从龙船花石油醚提取部位、乙酸乙酯提取部位分离纯化得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2)、3-O-乙酰坡模酸(3)、对羟基桂皮酸(4)、绿原酸(5)、儿茶素(6)、(-)-表儿茶素(7)、异鼠李素(8)、京尼平苷(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:化合物2~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective. To study the chemical constituents of the Ixora chinensis. Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the Ixora chinensis, which identified as β-sitostrol (1), 2α, 3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 3-O-Acetyl-pomolic acid (3), 4-hydroxy cinnamic aicd (4), chlorogenic acid (5), catechin ( 6), (-)-epicatechin(7), isorhamnetin(8), geniposide (9), daucosterol (10). Conclusion: Compounds 2 - 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
