蒙药安神补心六味丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Mongolian Medicine Ansheng Buxin Liuwei Pills Combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets for Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:研究蒙药安神补心六味丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:将112例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组各56例,研究组采用安神补心六味丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,对照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者总有效率为94.64%,显著高于对照组的85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心绞痛症状无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间以及心电图评分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),且研究组患者各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药安神补心六味丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛患者效果显著,可明显缓解患者心绞痛症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Ansheng Buxin Liuwei Pills combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 112 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were admitted into our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to random number table, 56 cases for each group： research group （Ansheng Buxin Liuwei Pills ＋ metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets） and control group （metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets）. These two groups were compared in terms of curative efficacy. Results：The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions （P〉0. 05）, while the total effective rate of the research group （94.64%） was higher than that of the control group （85. 71%） （P 〈20. 05） ;The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in symptoms of angina pectoris before treatment （P〉0.05）, and the seizure frequency, duration and ECG score of angina pectoris after treatment were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. However, the changes in various indicators in the research group were more obvious than those in the control group, showing statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：For patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, Mongolian drug Ansheng Buxin Liuwei Pills combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets shows good curative efficacy, can ob viously alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris, promote recovery and enhance quality of life.
