摘要
目的了解深圳市福田区野外白蚊伊蚊种群的抗药性,为登革热防控工作提供科学依据。方法 2016年从深圳市福田区各街道采集白蚊伊蚊幼虫,实验室环境下饲喂至子二代,进行幼虫和成蚊的抗药性测定。结果福田区野外白纹伊蚊种群对溴氰菊酯已产生高度抗药性,幼虫平均抗性倍数30.26倍,成蚊生测死亡率65.66%;对DDT和恶虫威已产生中度抗药性,幼虫平均抗性倍数9.81、7.37倍,成蚊生测死亡率46.54%、65.76%;对马拉硫磷仍敏感,幼虫平均抗性倍数1.57,成蚊生测死亡率为99.9%。结论深圳市福田区野外白蚊伊蚊种群对多种杀虫剂产生抗药性。
Objective To understand the insecticide resistance level of Aedes albopictus in Futian district,so as to provide the basis for the control of dengue fever. Methods Aedes albopictus larvae were collected from sub-districts in Futian district and were fed for 2 generations in the laboratory.Then they were used to the larvae and adult bioassay. ResultsThe Aedes albopictus in Futian district had high resistance to deltamethrin with the average index of 30.26 in larvae and65.66% mortality rate in adult.For DDT and bendiocarb,they had moderate resistance with the average index of 9.81,7.73 in larvae and 46.54%,65.76% mortality rate in adult.They were still sensitive to malathion with the average index of 1.57 in larvae and 99.9% mortality rate in adult. Conclusion The Aedes albopictus in Futian district have developed resistance to various insecticides.
