摘要
A群链球菌(GAS)是全球范围内的重要致病菌,可引起多种严重感染性疾病、免疫介导性疾病和中毒性疾病。GAS的分子分型鉴定是其分子流行病学的重要研究内容,近年多种分子分型技术应用于GAS分型鉴定研究,该文对A群链球菌的主要分子分型技术的原理、应用和相关性研究进行综述。
Group AStreptococcus(GAS)is a key pathogen worldwide.GAS can cause a variety of serious infectious diseases,immune-mediated diseases,and toxic conditions.Molecular typing of GAS is an important area of research into its molecular epidemiology.Over the past few years,a variety of molecular typing techniques have been used to type and identify GAS.This review summarizes the principles behind current techniques to molecularly type GAS,uses of those techniques,and relevant research into those techniques,including emm typing,multilocus sequence typing,pulsed field gel electrophoresis,and emm-cluster typing.
