百万千瓦核电机组高压缸取样管线疲劳断裂原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 某核电机组在升功率期间GRE044MP仪表管与转接头焊缝处断裂导致紧急停机,本文对理化检验、振动测试、现场支架布置、振动应力以及安装焊接文件复核等方面进行综合分析,结果表明,裂纹产生根本原因为管线设计振动应力过大,促成因素为焊接过程质量监控不严、转接头焊缝及支架设计不合理,并提出针对性的改进措施,为其他机组同类问题的处理提供参考、借鉴。
