摘要
为确定乌鳢幼鱼的赖氨酸需要量,选择体重为(5.96±0.36)g的乌鳢(Channa argus)幼鱼540尾,采用单因素浓度梯度法设计试验,即饲料中赖氨酸的添加水平分别为0.0%、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%,实测各饲料中赖氨酸水平分别为1.94%、2.34%、2.74%、3.14%、3.54%和3.94%等氮、等能饲料(粗蛋白质43.0%、能量18.5 MJ/kg),随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾,进行为期10周的养殖试验。结果表明:以特定生长率为指标,乌鳢对饲料中赖氨酸的适宜需要量为2.87%,占饲料蛋白质的6.65%。根据乌鳢肌肉必需氨基酸的模式,使用A/E法推算出乌鳢对饲料其它必需氨基酸的需要量,即精氨酸4.39%CP、亮氨酸3.10%CP、异亮氨酸3.21%CP、蛋氨酸+半胱氨酸2.77%CP、苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸6.29%CP、苏氨酸3.46%CP、缬氨酸3.34%CP、组氨酸1.76%CP。
An 10-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the requirement to Channa ar- gus with weight of (5.96±0.36) g, randomly divided into 6 groups, each with 3 replicates, each with 30 replicates. Six treatments were fed respectively with iso-nitrogenous and iso-energetic diets (crude pro- tein 43.0%, energy 18.5 MJ/kg) containing different levels of lysine (1.94%, 2.34%, 2.74%, 3.14%, 3.54% and 3.94%) using a single-factor concentration gradient method. The results showed that analy- sis of dose (lysine level) - response (weight gain rate) with second order polynomial regression suggest- ed that the lysine requirement of juvenile was 2.87% of feed 6.65% of dietary protein(DM basis). By using the essential amino acid pattern in muscle of Channa argus, the requirement of Channa argus on other essential amino aeids in feed were calculated by A/E, the need of arginine, leucine, isoleueine, methionine and cysteine, phenylalanine and tyrosine, threonine, valine, histidine were respectively 4.39% CP, 3.10% CP, 3.21% CP, 2.77% CP, 6.29% CP, 3.46% CP, 3.34% CP, 1.76% CP.
