新型芳氧苯氧基丙酸酯类化合物合成与除草活性 被引量:2

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of 2-(4-Aryloxyphenoxy) propionic Acid Ester

摘要 [目的]寻找高效低毒的芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类除草剂。[方法]以高效氟吡甲禾灵的结构为基础,芳氧苯氧丙酰氯和中间体3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醇反应合成2种新型芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类化合物5a和5b,其化学结构经~1H NMR、HRMS和旋光度确证,并进行除草活性测试。[结果]初步除草活性测试结果表明,在150 g a.i./hm2剂量下,化合物5a对单子叶杂草看麦娘和棒头草抑制率达90%。[结论]该类化合物具有一定的除草活性,为芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类除草剂的研发提供依据。 [Aims] In order to find high activity and low toxic 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid ester herbicides.[Methods] Two novel 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy) propionic acid ester derivatives(5 a,5 b) were synthesized from the intermediate 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid acyl and benzo [1,3] dioxol-5-yl-methanol,based on the structure of haloxy-p-methyl.Their structures were confirmed by -1H NMR,HRMS and optical rotation.The herbicidal activities were tested.[Results] The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compound 5 a has good herbicidal activities on monocotyledon species of Alopecurus aequalis and Polypogon fugax,and the inhibition rate reached to 90% at the dosage of 150 g a.i./ha.[Conclusions] The title compound has the herbicidal activity,which provides basis for further research and development of 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid ester herbicides.
