除草剂氨磺乐灵的毒力、药效及安全性评价

Toxicity,Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Oryzalin

[目的]明确氨磺乐灵的毒力、药效及安全性,为其在葡萄园科学地使用提供依据。[方法]平皿法测定氨磺乐灵对不同杂草的毒力,土壤喷雾法进行田间药效试验,药后记录葡萄药害情况。[结果]除牛筋草外,对禾本科杂草的活性高于阔叶杂草,避开葡萄根部施药对葡萄安全。[结论]氨磺乐灵杀草谱广,配合人工和草铵膦防除葡萄园杂草,可丰富葡萄园除草体系。

[Aims] The toxicity,efficacy and safety of oryzalin were evaluated to provide scientific basis for its usage in vineyards.[Methods] The peduncle method was used to determine the toxicity of oryzalin for different weeds.The soil spray method was used for field trials.The grape injury status was recorded after treatment.[Results] Oryzalin showed good control agaisnt grass weeds except for Eleusine indica（L.） Gaertn,which is higher than against broad-leaved weeds.The result indicated that the application avoidance of oryzalin to the roots is safe to grape.[Conclusions] Oryzalin has a broad herbicidal spectrum,and which can broaden the weeding system in vineyards collaborating with artificial and glyphosate weeding control methods.
