职业教育供给侧内涵式发展策略研究

Research on the Connotation Development of the Supply-side Vocational Education

供给侧结构性改革作为当前经济发展的重要战略研判和部署,对职业教育发展提出了新的要求。职业教育作为为经济社会输送高素质技能技术型人才的供给端,迫切需要进行结构性改革。文章在探讨职业教育供给侧与需求侧之间的矛盾的基础上,分析了职业教育供需结构平衡的内在需求,提出职业教育应着力于专业设置、课程体系、师资队伍和法制保障等方面的变革对策。

The structural reform of the supply side as the important strategy of economic development and the development of vocational education, has put forward new requirements for the development of vocational education. Vocational education as an economic and social transport of high-quality technical and talents of the supply side, needs structural reform urgently. On the basis of discussing the contradiction between the supply side and the demand side of vocational education, this paper analyzes the internal demand of the balance between the supply and demand structure of vocational education, and points out that vocational education should focus on the change strategy of professional setting, curriculum system, teachers and legal system.
