摘要
当前,中国人口产业结构正处在由"发展型"向"现代型"转变的历史节点。人口产业结构向"现代型"转变并不断发展,使新生代农民工教育培训规模不相匹配、内容时效针对性欠缺以及管理体系薄弱等问题日渐凸显。为应对人口产业结构变动带来的压力,新生代农民工教育培训需以政府主导为依托,注重多元合力助推;以新生代农民工诉求为根本,注意时效针对性建设;以专业化管理队伍为支撑,注重法规制度引导。
At present,China’s population industry structure is in the historical node of the transformation from "development type" to "modern type". The changes of population industry structure to "modern type" and the realization of continuous development have caused make the problems of incompatible scales,the lack of timeliness and pertinence of the content,and the weak management system in the new-generation migrant workers’ education training increasingly prominent. To cope with the pressure caused by the changes in the population industrial structure,the new-generation migrant workers’ education training should be government-led,focus on multiple forces to help,based on the demands of the new-generation migrant workers,pay attention to the construction of timeliness and pertinence,supported by the specialized management team,and focus on the regulation system guidance.
