职教集团办学是当今职业教育发展的重要内容,也是强化职业教育治理能力的主要依托。职教集团由诸多相关要素构成,在实践中被赋予了有效治理、资源整合、技术技能积累、组织协调等功能。在当前职教集团出现观念性、结构性、体制性、机制性问题的情况下,需要政府部门给予有效的制度供给,集团内部则需要有效的组织搭建、资源共享和强化管理。

Vocational educational groups are the important part of the modern vocational education’s development,and they are also the main supports for strengthening the management ability of vocational education.Vocational education groups composed of many related elements,which have been endowed with the abilities of effective governance,resource integration,technical skill accumulation,organization,coordination and so on.Meanwhile there are conceptual,structural,institutional problems of the current vocational education,which needs the government departments’ offering effective systems. At the time,groups internally require effective organization structure,resource sharing,and strengthening the management.
