摘要
文章通过运营商调度电动汽车参与风电场运行,建立了以风电场运行经济效益最大为目标及考虑风储混合系统出力约束、储能蓄电池控制模式约束的风电场日内优化调度模型。基于混合整数规划技术和CPLEX优化软件对模型进行了求解。算例分析了电动汽车提供备用服务和储能蓄电池不同控制模式对风电场运行经济性的影响,结果表明,当大规模风电入网时,风电场调度电动汽车和储能蓄电池联合运行,能获得更好的经济效益。
Through the operators' dispatching of electric vehicles which is interactive with the wind farms, this paper builds an intraday optimal scheduling model with the objective of maximizing the economic benefits of wind farm operation, and the constraints of wind-storage hybrid system output and storage battery control modes. Then, the solution to the model is worked out based on mixed integer programming technology and CPLEX software. Finally,. the impacts of backup services provided by electrical vehicle operators and different control modes of energy storage batteries on the economic efficiency of wind farm operation is analyzed. Cases studies show that when large-scale wind power gets connected to the power grid, the better economic benefits can be obtained under the integrated operation of wind farms' dispatching of electric vehicles and energy storage batteries
