摘要
文章基于陕、豫两省农村地区"劳动力转移与农村生活能源"调查数据,结合农村现状考察了农户可再生能源选择的影响因素。研究发现:使用沼气和太阳能的农户人均能源消费量均低于未使用沼气和太阳能的农户;劳动力转移人数、户主受教育水平、耕地面积、养猪数量、人均农业纯收入及政府支持显著提升了农户选择沼气的概率,而家庭常住人口、人均劳动力转移收入及替代能源消费量对农户沼气选择具有抑制作用;家庭常住人口、户主受教育水平、房屋面积、人均劳动力转移收入、人均农业纯收入、电力价格及政府支持显著提升了农户选择太阳能的概率,而耕地面积对农户选择太阳能具有抑制作用。
Based on the survey data of "Workforce Migration and Rural Living Energy" for the rural areas of both Shaanxi and Henan provinces, and with the investigation of the influential factors for the farmers' choice against renewable energy with the consideration of the status quo for rural areas, found that the per-capita energy consumption for methane and solar energy-users are lower than those who don't adopt it. It also shows that the migration numbers of workers,educational background of the householder, coverage of the farmland, QTY for raising pigs, net income of the per capita agricultural earnings as well as the government's subsidy significantly raise the odds for the farmers' selection of methane. However, on the other hand, the family permanent population, migration of the workforce, the income and the consumption of the alternative energy resources dampens the enthusiasm in the adoption of the methane. The family permanent population, with the influential factors of the educational background, house coverage, per capita income of the migrated workers and net income of agriculture gains, power price and the government's subsidy, significantly raised their odds in the selection of the solar energy. Yet the farmland area has the negative effect over it.
