Design of Retrieving Scheme for Health Records on Internet based on Electronic Health Card

为解决电子健康档案互联网查询的个人隐私保护问题,提出了基于电子健康卡的实名认证技术解决方案,即利用电子健康卡的主索引结合密钥系统生成动态二维码,通过卡管系统实名认证后对接居民健康信息系统获取健康档案,并详细说明了设计思路、关键技术和实现方式。

In order to solve the problem of personal privacy protection for retrieving health records on Internet, this paper proposes a real-name authentication technical solution based on electronic health card. The main index of electronic health card is used to generate dynamic QR code with the encryption system and the health records can be obtained through the real-name authentication of the card system. It also describes the design ideas, key technologies and implementation details.
